美国今天公布通胀数据，headline CPI 升至2.6，core CPI 3.3不变，符合预期。美国12月降息0.25几率从60%上升至82%。明年1月降息几率也从18%上升至26%。Fed降息会不会再次加速通胀？有可能，但这个效应可能要到2026年才能体现。
新房要涨价了，home Depot 说川普给中国加60%关税会让所有中国来的材料成品大幅涨价，二手房也因装修成本增加而被迫提高卖价或不装修，完了完了。
