For someone new to the game, curling is a team game, with simple regulations and low skill requirement, very recreational. Each team has 4 members, 2 teams play against each other on 1 sheet. Since most of the people are first-time players, there will be a brief introduction of the game and rules before we start.
I've booked 2 sheets for 2 hours on this Saturday.
Time: Sat. April 2, 2005, 5pm SHARP!** The game will last about 2 hours.
Location: Avonlea Curling club, 101 railside road ( Southwest of Lawrence/Victoria Park, please refer to map attached )

Cost: $11 per person ($88/sheet/2hrs* * )
Dress Code: Sporting shoes with relatively thick sole since the ice is really freezing. Sporting or casual, sweater, to be flexible to play
while keep yourselves warm enough. Light gloves might be helpful to protect your delicate hands from frostbite.
*5pm SHARP: Curling is a team game, we cannot start without any of you. Please be SHARPLY ON TIME to avoid other attendees' waiting, THANK YOU! ( sorry, no guaranteed right of play for latecomer)
* Since the club won't provide any game tools until fees are fully paid, and by CASH only, everyone willing to play the game, please prepare EXACTLY $11 BEFORE ARRIVAL.
