Happy to help with this!! So what I did was get the Rapid Antigen test from Shoppers Drug Mart (was $40) and I took the completed result form with me to Pearson, plus I printed and filled out this attestation form (https://www.cdc.gov/quarantine/fr-proof-negative-test.html

When I went to enter the Air Canada security, there was an agent there who took my rapid test form plus the attestation and there were no issues! I hope this helps, safe travels!!

I wasn't sure if the test results report I was given from Shoppers had enough identifying information (as per CDC, has to include "Information that identifies the person (full name plus at least one other identifier such as date of birth or passport number)"), so I asked the pharmacy assistant to put my DOB on there just to be safe, since it wasn't originally. I don't know if it made a difference, but I thought I'd pass it along just in case!
